PhD Researcher, Bristol Business School, United Kingdom: “Governance and the Evolution of the Polish Business System 1989-2004”.
Research interests include: culture and business, economic psychology, aerospace and defence, management in game design, management of Internet companies, and management in higher education.

* Aleksander Susel, MA.
Lecturer, Department of Econometrics, WSB-NLU.
Ph.D. Researcher, Krakow Academy of Economics.
Research interests include: fertility of American women, social and economics determinants of fertility, quantitative methods and models in demography and social sciences.
Author of six scientific articles in econometrics, co-author of “Demographic Dictionary”.

* Wiktor Patena, Ph.D.
Associate Professor, Head of Department of Finance, WSB-NLU.
Holder of MBA in Finance from Hull University and Ph.D. in Economics (specialisation: Finance) from University of Insurance and Banking.
Research interests include: finance, banking, behavioural finance, currency markets.
Author of publications on currencies and exchange rates, options.

* Jacek Lipiec, Ph.D.
Associate Professor, Department of management, WSB-NLU.
Holder of a Ph.D. in Management: "Motivational function of sales force remuneration" from the Gdansk university.
Awarded an Ernst&Young researhc grant in 2008.
Taught BBA subjects: Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship.

* Wlodzimierz Moczurad, Ph.D.
Associate Professor, Faculty of Computer Science, WSB-NLU.
Holder of Ph.D. in Mathamtics with sppeciailisation in Computer Science from Jagiellonian University. Awarded with distinction.
Research interests include: discrete mathematics, theory of computation, and theory of codes.

* Frederic Widlak, Ph.D.
Associate Professor, WSB-NLU.
Holder of Ph.D. from Purdue University. Since then, he completed additional graduate coursework in Business Administration at Indiana University, in Information Systems at Keller Graduate School of Management, and in Human Resource Development at the University of Illinois.
Taught BBA subjects: Academic Skills Development III, Psychology, Negotiations, International Management.

* Jacek Leskow, dr.hab.
Senior Professor, Head of Department of Econometrics, WSB-NLU.
Holder of Ph.D. from Institute of Mathematics, Polish Academy of Sciences. and habilitation from Technical University, Wroclaw.
Research interests include: Analysis of Stationarity, Nonparametric Statistics, Applied Statistics, Statistical Consulting.

* Katarzyna Cieslak, BA, MSc.
Graduate of WSB-NLU Global Business Management Programme
Awarded the Polish Minister of Education Scholarship for outstanding results.
Taught BBA subjects: Academic Skills Development I, International Economics, Ecology.

* Pawel Mlodkowski, Ph.D.
Associate Professor, Department of Economics, WSB-NLU.
Holder of a Ph.D. in “Optimal Capital Structures in the Global Economy” from the Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland. Awarded the title as one of the youngest in Poland.
Cooperates with the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, researching fiscal convergence. European Commission Expert, works as an Independent Evaluator for the European Union. Completed a stint as a macroeconomics counselor for the Prime Minister of Poland.
Author of 23 publications in International Economics, Macroeconomics and Finance.
Taught BBA subjects: Introduction to Accounting, Fundamentals of Accounting, International Accounting.

* Wiktor Cwynar, Ph.D.
Associate Professor, Department of Finance, WSB-NLU.
Holder of a Ph.D. in Economics (awarded a distinction).
Specializes in Value-Based Management. Author of the book “Zarzadzenie wartoscia spólki kapitalowej. Koncepcje-systemy-narzedzia”, FRRwP 2002 (Value Based Management of a Company. Theory – Systems – Tools). The book was awarded a Ministry of Education Prize and was nominated for Beta Prize (University of Szczecin) and Prof. Bielski Prize (WSB-NLU in Nowy Sacz).
Has written tens of academic and scientific articles. Co-operates with several respectable consulting and training firms (he is scientific partner in Polish subsidiary of Hewitt Associates). Prepares analyses and reports for companies.
